年龄一般比较年轻，在18-25岁。社交关系简单，为人单纯。全部来自西方英语母语国家，发音清晰，标准。如美国，加拿大，英国，澳洲，新西兰。主要来自上海各大高校的留学生。早上九点到下午四点一般在学校上课。早上，晚上和周末有比较多的时间和小朋友在一起。
Wenhuaqiao的专业培训分为教学技能，如何与小朋友相处技巧两方面。
培训外教：
绝大多数住家外教是在上海留学的学生，在加入Wenhuaqiao以前都没有教学经验。Wenhuaqiao对所有的住家外教的培训包括教学技能，与小朋友相处技巧两方面。
1. 教学技能的培训：
如何让大多数的时间让小朋友说，如何引导和纠正，如何反复刻意地使用小朋友比较生疏且常用的词汇等。
让小朋友有大量听，然后大量说，并且说错的被大量的纠正的技巧。
2. 与小朋友相处技巧的培训：
变成小朋友：
培训我们的住家外教在教小朋友时把自己当成小朋友，这样和小朋友之间更融入。
建立友谊：
和小朋友建立友谊，比较亲密的关系。和他／她成为好朋友，而非师生关系。
快乐无压力学习：
我们让小朋友感觉不是在上课，而是和朋友交流，在聊天中快乐无压力地提高。
